Ditton Heritage Centre is a local charity dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the village of Ditton. The centre is based in a former Victorian school building (New Road, Ditton, ME20 6AE) and houses a collection of local historical books, documents, photographs and artefacts. In particular, we hold a number of maps showing Ditton and its surrounding villages as they were before the Second World War.
We hold regular open days during the summer and offer a Victorian classroom experience for schools and groups. We can also host cream teas and other small events on request.
Supporters can help us when shopping online through Give As You Live and Easy Fundraising, or by becoming a Friend of the Centre for £10 per year - please contact us for further information.
